Balkan Half Marathon Championships will take place in Zagreb on 23^rd August as planned. The preliminary entries have collected from member federations and are pleased with the numbers. 

Athletic Federation of Croatia and the race organisers of ZAGREB21 Half Marathon and performs the great job doing to deliver a mass race event in a situation of global crisis.

 

On the other hand we have to inform you that Serbian federation was forced to cancel the Balkan U18 Championships that was supposed to happen in Kraljevo on 5^th September due to severe restrictions and bans imposed by the government. Balkan Athletics is doing its best to find another options to provide competition opportunity to our younger athletes. We will keep you informed on the development of the situation, and sincerely hope we shall find another suitable opportunity for the U18 age group. However the date and venue of the event will be changed.
