European Youth Olympic Festival will be held in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia from 24 to 30 July 2022.

Age Category
Only athletes aged 15-16 years on 31 December of the year of the competition (born in 2006/2007) may
participate in Athletics events of the European Youth Olympic Festival 2022. The decision to adapt the age
category for 2022 EYOF edition was made since the European U18 Championships is also to be held the same
year/month.
